In my 1989 FJ62 the cutout is unused on the steel part of the dash

and the fog 20A slot doesn’t have the metal fittings for a fuse for fog lights.

Third row from the left and 4th from the top is the empty fuse labeled FOG on the fuse cover door. I assume the power is available from the battery as lots of other 60’s have fog lights and I assume it was an option on the FJ62. Any tips on how to accomplish using that slot? I really don’t want to add yet another wire to the battery area.
