Or have a guy with a TIG welder add an aluminum nipple onto it for the hose. Costs a few bux more this way, but then it's ALL aluminum still. Done right, zero chance of leakage or electrolysis.
 
Im looking at one for my 92 but the details said its for a 4.0l v6, what if you have a 4.5 0_o

I thought all the 91 and 92 FJ 80s had the 4.0 liter inline 6 commonly known as the 3FE. John

I had broke that bypass nipple off a few years back. I plugged both sides and ran it that way for two years till the radiator had to be replaced. I think this bypass is there to assist the motor in heating up when it is cold outside. I never had any issues with it blocked.

I was curious as to the importance of this tiny nipple. Sounds like not a huge deal.
