Horseradish

So I've always been on a quest for really good strong horseradish. I'm not a sauce fan and really just want the kind that is vinegar and raw horseradish. I love eating the good stuff with ribeyes or prime rib. This weekend my search was over. I took a trip to the Pepper Palace in Myrtle beach and found this.

It is the most intense horseradish I have ever had. Just a tiny bit give the perfect bite. And if your stupid enough to take more than a tiny bit will clear your head like no other.



One bottle will easily last for a year with daily use. Plan on getting a case and giving it out as presents to all my buds.

Willing to give this a try, most store bought stuff is lame imo, but shelf life has been a factor also. Curious (after opening), this will still be palatable for an extended time. Most of them get funky after sittin' in the fridge for awhile.

There's a restaurant in Leavenworth, WA called Katz that serves the hottest house made horseradish I've ever had. Even a tiny bit will clear your sinuses right the fxxx out.

I'll have to give stuff a try.
