Azrider, those are sweet. Probably gonna try and copy yours.

that would be cool, you'll also need to cut and turn your cats like I did. Im going to take them off this week to finally paint them up, so if you need more pictures or measurements, send me a PM with your email address

Not entirely homemade, but I did have to cut all the legs and assemble them and weld them on the truck. Good inexpensive option. Trail-Gear 67" sliders. Added a little grip tape to make it a little easier for the wife and kiddies.

These sliders are for extracab minitrucks, but they've performed VERY well on my 80. This next image shows the length of the sliders (Orange lines). If you're a perfectionist they are probably an inch too short at either end. But it's never been a problem for me.

4X Inovations Slider kit with rear kick out $260.
Made of DOM tubing.
Had to make some of the legs custom to go around certain things which you can see in the pics and they are welded on as well.
No cat protection, but I am hoping to smash the cats so that I have an excuse to put in a new exhaust system.
They have held really well.

Box Rocket can you post up more pics from underneath. I plan to do the same!

Lousy pics but should give you an idea of what I did with them. Welded to the frame with gussets on top of the tubes.

Couple of how I worked around the cats.
