Holiday Party on Feb 6 @6:30pm Coyote Grill Centerville

I need a headcount for adults and children who plan to attend the Holiday Party on Wed. February 6 at 6:30pm at the new Coyote Grill on St. Germain Drive in Centerville, VA.
So far we have 13 adults and three children. Adults include 4 spouses.
The time was moved up to 6:30pm in order to allow families with children to attend, but not get too far into the peak of rush hour traffic. Hopefully we get more traffic on this page.
I've reserved the room that holds 40 people. The menu has Tapas as well as their usual Southwestern style foods, burgers and salads (the Salmon salad comes highly recommended). Kids can always order chicken tenders, cheese quesidillas, etc. We can order off the menu and do family tabs, or come up with a buffet selection and charge a flat rate (cost will depend on selection). We should probably stick with a cash bar, rather than an alcohol package because of unique individual preferences and less cost to the light drinkers (you know who you are).
There is a flat screen TV in the room with an HDMI port if someone wants to put together a montage of pics and video, and vintage Land Cruiser commercials.
Please post up your family headcount and preferences.
