Yeh it's grown on me replaced the wire with synthetic rope on the winch saved a heap of weight just doing that ,used it a couple of times, I love the pto winch won't be giving it up anytime soon.
 
I'm assuming you guys have 5 speeds in your rigs? Any of you still got your pto set up with a 3" exhaust, I've noticed the space in donor with the 3" is very small to work around the pto set up in main rig

Its tight... but still room for a bit flex both ways.

As you can see, its routed above the pto drive shaft.

What size rubber are you running?? Looks like a good fit
 
That's good I would like to put a 3 inch system on my pto equipped car one day I think TimHJ61 has put one on his hj61 with pto as well.
 
Update, I've nailed down all the leaks in my rig
- oil pan just needed to be tightened up
- rear crank seal done while doing box conversion, it didn't look like needing but did it anyway
- front crank seal done
- Intake manifold, this gasket was toast , hard & brittle
- h55f replaced idler shaft and all seals in transfer
 
That's a standard 2h sump. Mines exactly the same. When I first bought the old girl my mate was impressed by the custom skid plate but it's factory :)
 
Revamping an old thread.

Does anyone out there have a diagram of the 12HT oil flow.
I am in the process of rebuilding a 12HT and the oild cooler is quite muckey inside. I have flushed it with varius solvent and its a whole bunch better but I still get the odd bit of grit coming out.
2 questions:
Which side of the filter is the oil cooler on?? between pump and filter or after filter.
what cleaning process/solvent would you recomend??.

If it's between the pump and filter, then I don't have to be as anal about the cleanliness , if it's after then I have more work to do.
