Oil leaking from 12HT turbo

My 12ht turbo appears to be leaking oil. Can anyone point me to where best to look for the culprit? I've taken a photo from underneath. I'm a little confused because I thought what I point to in the image, was the oil pipe

Need more pics but it looks like your turbo inlet hose is missing a clamp(actually looks like it’s under all the grime)? Pics from top side as well will help. Looks like possibly coming from higher as it’s on the block as well? . I would degrease that whole area , make sure you have a clamp on the pipe and run it to see where the leak is. Some turbos leak a little oil as they age. You can look into the compressor wheel thru the intake tube hole. If oil in there or wheel has a lot of play it’s time for a turbo rebuild. It can also be crankcase vapours leaking from a hardened or poorly secured intake hose.
