If you ever want a set of hutison wheels let me know - I just put an order in for the 18" models.

Also you planning on going to Xplore UAE challenge on the 22nd? Im trying to get police clearance to bring my F550 from work. No way can my body handle driving the MRAP for 6+hrs like last year.

:hillbilly::steer:

Tires were great in the desert loads of traction over the dunlops, but it was a short 3 hour drive will need to go out again and try in some more tricky areas.

Update on another desert trip

Also found a nice bowl to play in. The camera is straight in this picture felt like a roller coaster to drive through there

Had a close call in a car park and subsequently smacked into the next sign

Got caught out in a storm and barely avoided a tree branch falling right on the stable doors thankfully no injuries, towed the branch off once the storm calmed down

installed a rear led spot light

Found an insect crawling round behind the instrument panel. No idea how it got in there.

It is nice to watch your modding - progress - and all the beautiful vids & pictures!

Keep us updated :)

I hope your catched insect don't make kids behind the glass!

Thank you, I've been following your thread as well. Amazing trip you have there, i'm hoping i'll be able to do something like that one day. more videos coming up as soon as they are organised, edited and uploaded.

great video! its funny I know the suspension moves and all but seeing the video it seems like it moves a lot. I guess when you arein the vehicle it doesn't seem to move that much.

Sold a kidney and liver to get this done.

TJM T3 bumper, sump/transmission guard and a 9.5k lb winch :D

Suspension sagging and stiffer at the front so will have to change front springs now

For the future: dual battery system, light bar or spots on the bumper and I'm sure other stuff will get added to the list in the meantime.

Hope you are surviving well without a liver and a kidney :)

Excellent upgrades btw..! I was also pondering over the T3, as no need to cut stock bumper etc. I heard they weigh around 60kg?? ..hence the reason you are experiencing the front sag. Constant 100kg load Emu springs should be good, but will probably make your ride more stiffer :S

The only issue holding me back on this T3 is my OEM winch, which as per the TJM guys is not compatible with T3..... :(

T3 is approx 65kg and winch 45kg. I'll be calling ARB on Saturday to check on availability of springs. I'll check with the guy in charge at TJM about stock winch mounting on T3 i'm sure it's only a matter of drilling holes in the bracket to accommodate the oem winch and I'll update you through email on what he says ;)
