I would try some electrolysis cleaning on what you have, they should be good as new.

Those are in great shape...either electrolysis or media blast them. They will clean up very nicely plus its a LOT cheaper than trying to find the parts (limited for FST tailgate). Mine were in about the same shape and cleaned up very nicely. There is also a leather wrap that goes around the chains...you can get them on SOR but pretty pricey. I'm about to have my seats done and thought I would ask the upholstery shop if they could make a set. Should be cheaper that way.
