Can someone take a quick look at their Hi Lift and tell me if the lower brass pin pictured is bent on their jack? I just noticed this and I'm past the return/replace with Amazon. I do have a warranty question with Hi Lift.

Package was slightly damaged on receipt.

Just checked my, in need of a rebuild, 15 year old hi-lift and the lower pin is straight as an arrow The upper pin has a slight bend and looks like it has walked a bit.

Thanks guys! Will wait to here from HiLift.

Contacted by HiLift quickly and sent them pics of damaged pin and damaged box from transit. Now we'll see what they do...

been in this world now since the mid-80's.

Only needed a hi-lift once (wagoneer hung up on a rock on that tough big bear trail).

Still have one, just never take it. 'course as my focuse on overland (er...car camping), my modus operandi is to take the easisest less risky route that gets me where I want to go. Not to mention my rig is my dd.

Keep on keeping on:beer:

I've only needed mine twice on the trail. Sliced sidewall both times.

geez, i've done 2 sidewall slices on club runs (street tires...thank you very much), factory bottle jack worked both times (with spare placed under rig for safety). did use 4x4 wood block to increase scope.

Little leary of the documented dangers of the high-lift...probably because i hardly us it.
