help drilling 3/4" dia holes in hitch extention (or iso drill press for quick drill) (1 Viewer)

for bike rack/dissent bumper project....or as usual, it's the simple stuff that caused hangups.

I have a 2' receiver hitch extension that I need to put 4 safety pin holes in. this should be a 10m job (super loss tolerances).

Any one have a drill press at their disponsal?

besides, I was able to adapt what I have to work...as in jerry rigged.
