To everybody who has returned jack stands - are you getting refunded per pair or per single? I have a suspicion that both methods are being used. I received a cash refund of $107.22 for 4 stands yesterday. $49.99/pair. I can't find any math to back up @FJ Noob 's numbers and other people seem to be all over the map, too. Perhaps some cashiers don't know the difference between 6-ton and 3-ton.Yep... I was heading out and going to be by our HF, so I grabbed the 4 6-ton ones I had and took them back. Got a gift card for $171. It’s been almost a year, but I cannot see that I ever paid that much though
I’m 99% certain that I was the 1st person down here to return stands to our store since I got the email as I was walking out the door to go to HF. I’m also 99.9999% sure the cashier/manager didn’t know exactly what to do (I informed them of the recall) and they accidentally refunded me for my ENTIRE receipt total from the day I bought my stands.
