I think I read somewhere in one of the threads the BBS forged wheels shouldn’t be powder coated because the reheating process might impact the integrity of the wheel. @Eric Sarjeant its been a while since this build was done but did the vendor use a lower heat to cure or was it no concern. Thxs for any feedback you can recall.
Others have done it, as long as you follow a low temp cure you should be fine. See @Boston Mangler for his notes:

Yessir.
They need to be done at a lower temp for a longer time then usual.
Depending on what you’re Powdercoater specializes in they may or may not have the knowledge and ability to do this
I am fortunate here in SoCal to be 20 mins away from the powercoater that does majority of Baja Racers stuff. Owner himself races a Class 1 car. He proudly showed me his car that has a dozen plus races on forged wheels he coated
So they understand this and do it often
Talk with your powder coater about PC on forged wheels and if he says “meh, you’ll be fine”, just walk away

Not a fan of the bronze HE color at all!
