Help with Roof Rack REMOVAL

Need some help removing my roof rack from my 2000 LX470.

Has anyone done this before?
Factory roof rack, looking to remove it completely.

Have a hardened drill bit and an EZ-out ready. The bolt heads are often rusty and the hex key hole in the bolt head strips easily. But they are pretty soft metal, and drill and come out without much effort, if they are rusted.
