craigslist HELP with red flags on 2000 LX 470 130k for $13k?

Going to see this LX 470 this afternoon: https://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/cto/d/2000-lexus-lx-470/6620675865.html

Owner says it's in great shape. Still haven't seen photos of frame/suspension which is of course why I'm going to see it in person. It's been garage kept and maintained at local Lexus dealership.

Vehicle has 130k miles, had brakes/rotors done 2k miles ago. The owner says the transmission "started to go" while they were on a trip in Indiana last year, so the tranny was replaced. Likely the brakes and tranny are not OEM.

SO. Besides the condition of the frame, should I be concerned about the transmission thing? I'm a 4runner guy, want to get into a 2UZ-FE for my fam and to build out/expo.

Who replaced the transmission? There are a lot of 100 series around with maybe 50k more miles priced around the 8-10K range. This seems to have been taken car of but price seems high to me for a 2000.

If you have kids in car seats this will not have the car seat hooks in the seats. Those didn't start until 2001-2002.

Also if you want a expo rig it will cost you more money than starting with a LC due to having to remove the AHC system.

I have a 2000 LX470 and it is great but if I did it all over again I would start with a 03-05 due to the car seat hooks, 18 in wheels, and the 5 speed transmission. Even better if you can find one without NAV.

Owner is a dickhead- I contacted him before I buy my 2000 LX and he was so stubborn on the price then he started to brag about his Tesla and some other BS.
