Hello, I recently bought my first land cruiser due to having new born twins and needing some reliable, 4 wheel drive ,and bigger. It is in decent body shape and has 236k miles on it, and was running pretty good until just recently.
Once the truck is warmed up at idle or a stop sign/light the rpm's will drop really low,the lights will dim, and the truck will almost stall out. It will recover but it does this constantly once its warmed up and anytime I have to idle. I have checked the throttle body and cleaned it, hoses for vacuum leaks but could not find any.
I don't have a check engine light(Due to lights being burnt out) but I took it to auto zone and these were the codes that were on it.
P0135
C1223
C1241
C1246
My mechanic believes that the P0135 codes is the one responsible for the poor idle, just wanted to get see what you guys think about that.
I have already replaced the drivers side exhaust manifold, all spark plugs, fluids, valve cover gaskets, and a rusty brake line. I'm looking to buy new tires but wanted to get this issue fixed first.

Thank you for reading, and appreciate your time and help.

The P0135 is a bank 1 (driverside) O2 sensor fault. Seeing that you've already replaced the driverside manifold, it's a possibility that the O2 sensor wire got borked up somewhere on the removeal/install. Another thought could be the driverside cat converter clogged up and is choking the engine at low rpm.

The other codes all correspond with low voltage from the low rpm/almost stall.

What is the voltage at the battery? Use a multimeter and check the voltage when the engine is running. Should be above 13.8 V

Should be at normal idle but OP states very low idle almost stalling. The alt will not put out anywhere close to needed voltage near stall speeds, which is why he's getting a mess of voltage related codes. Once he solves the cause of the low idle and clears the codes, they won't come back.

I would start by cleaning your throttle body. Another member just had similar low idle/stall issues and cleaning his TB & MAF brought idle speeds back up.

It does sound like a 02 sensor fault in that it plays up when vehicle warms up, this is because fuelling is open loop until the engine gets up to temp. Not enough info to help out more. Get your battery tested and check charging circuit, I hate voltage issues as this can be the cause of any fault.

Thanks everyone for the replies, tomorrow ill be able to check the voltage of the battery and will see if its above 13.8V. I'm gonna pick up the 02 sensors tonight and try to install them tomorrow also.

If you don't have a O2 sensor wrench, pick up one. Makes life easier.

That was me. The truck would start and stall out if I didn't give it gas. My biggest clue to it being dirty throttle body and MAF sensor is I was not getting any codes. Also, with the defrost running it would not stall out. Cleaning the throttle body and MAF got my rig running great.

I will clean it asap, I did take a look and it didn't look that bad but I will clean it. My problem is the check engine bulb isn't working, so I have codes just no light. Thanks again everyone for the replies.

I got a bluetooth OBDII reader last christmas. It comes in handy and I think it was about $20. You can reset codes as well, if need be.

Wow, didn't know anything like that existed. Just googled it and will for sure try and get one. Thanks for letting me know

Just ordered the DENSO 2344169 o2 sensor, should get here by Friday and will be able to install it and clean the MAF and throttle body too. Will let everyone know if it fixed the issues. Thanks again for the replies and help.

Remember start tune-up by disconnecting battery (clean and grease post) then MAF, do not reconnect for 30 minutes. Resets ECM.

Ok will do, I went ahead and ordered both of the upfront o2 sensors. Was told that I should replace them in pairs.

Do you recommend the reader you have? If so, can you share the name and/or a link? I'd like to check it out.

You know, I believe like a lot of things in this category brand doesn't really matter because they are all probably made in the same factory. What I would look for is one that allows the ability to clear codes.
