Looking for some ideas on where to look for a source of a leak. The symptom is that after a rain the driver side/left floor carpet is wet by my left foot.

I removed the A-pillar molding and can see traces of water down its length.

I checked both sunroof drains by dumping about 1/2 gallon of warm water down each of them. They appear to be functioning properly.

I removed the bolts on the roof rack and sealed them with silicone.

The attached pic shows where the water is pooling and dripping off the edge of the headliner.

I’d appreciate suggestions on the next place to focus on. Thanks.

Go to a carwash and have someone blast the area with a pressure washer while you look inside for the leak.

I have the same problem but have had no time to investigate yet. Please post up if you figure this one out
Thanks

You can also spray soapy water mix on the outside, then from inside take air and blow from the inside and look for bubbles.

Maybe disconnect the visor, pull that corner of the liner down and see if you can see water dripping from somewhere?

I had a leak in the same area too last week, but from clogged sunroof drains.

I like soapy water to look for leaks, I've not used compressed air, I'll need to try it.

I normally turn the HVAC on high with air circulation off, it's done well for me with leaving third brake lights. I need to thank a mud member for the suggestion:)

I have the same problem, but not that much water. My windshield was leaking right over the rear view mirror and water was traveling to the driver side pillar, but on the PS the windshield was leaking right next to the A-Pillar. I am having a local windshield shop come and re seal it for me, he is asking 150$ if there is no rust underneath. If there is considerable rust then I have to fix it primer/paint before he will install. Hopefully there is not much rust.
My LX is parked out side my apartment and I am afraid that the water will eventually enter the ECU/modules on both sides.

My guess is windshield but like stated above, try soapy water and you can use the a/c as well just have it on cabin recirculate which pressurizes the cabin and will force air out

Did you find an answer to this? I never got around to investigating my problem, now its pouring rain both inside and outside of my cruiser

There are several sources of leaks at the left A-pillar.
I checked the sun roof drain and roof rack holes and they were tight.

I removed the A-pillar covers and stayed inside and had my son spray the car with a hose.

My leak happened at the windshiled gasket. There must have been a slight gap at the left upper windshield gasket. I was able to add silicone caulking (like they use for bathrooms and stopped all leaks at the A-pillar.
