HELP Need Seat Bracket

I want to buy some new seats for the 40. I was looking at the Corbeau Baja only thing is if you look at the brackets the oldest 40 they show is 70-8/73. How much difference is there from those years and a 69 Corbeau Master Bracket Guide

73 had buckets, 69 bench, I'd think they were quite different.

You could look at the seat bracket on BTB's website, then get ready to $pend. Actually their seat frame does have alot of extra features.

the pre-'73 passenger bracket is more of a large frame around the fuel tank, after that, it's more like two brackets on risers. Cruisersolutions.com has some risers and equipment for... bank, but the early-model tank is bigger than late-model brackets.

It will be easier to modify the earlier equipment, though.
