New top.... if cheap and in good condition probably?
If repairing, epoxy is much better than fiberglass. Fiberglass (or poly resin) doesn't like to stick to much, even itself. Epoxy sticks very well, to itself, most other things, even to poly resin. Also, epoxy resin is way more waterproof than poly resin.
I make my own body filler out of epoxy (epoxy with microballoons- I have a big wooden boat floating on the bay, so have had to learn all this stuff).
Luckily I haven't had the need to use that on this car yet.
