Help identifying band thingy on 74 tub...

74 tub, looks like PO bent this band back to move it out of the way to drill a hole? I don't think this band thingy is on my 78. Anyone know how it should look when I bend it back and what mounts there/how? Thanks fellas.

Looks like an antenna mount to me. Mine is on the right (passenger side) of my lhd 72 40

Looks like someone bent it over to install an antenna. Mine does nothing. 75 40

That's a mounting tab bent over. It holds an emissions computer dodad.
