I live in the US and I am specifically looking for a place to purchase the OEM steel wheels that come with the Land Cruisers over seas. I guess you could call them the "steelies" or smoothies. Regardless of what they are called I can't find them online.

I drive a 80 series 1994 Land Cruiser:
  • Bolt pattern is 6x139.7mm
  • OEM Wheels 16in x 8.5in (I think)
I would love to find a similar style and stay around 16 x 8.5

Exactly what I am looking for:

Closest thing I could find are these:
SMOOTHIE BARE RIM by HRH STEEL WHEELS - Wheels/Rims for Sale - Performance Plus Tire

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

The rims on the 70 series are 5 lug and also they are split rims ... about 6" wide

Have you seen racers 16" oem copy steelies ... they are nonsplit rims

They hold the earlier style hubcap ... as the have tabs

They are 5.5 wide

Also Stockton has smoothies as well ... I think they were series 22? Rims ... several guys run them on mud and like them

There are several threads with those rims as well

JohnnyC thanks for the info. The Stockton shop looks like they might be able to get me what I am looking for.

I did spend some time searching the forum for options, but didn't come up with exactly what I was looking for.

42601-60361 Is the part number for OEM Steelies for the FJ/FZJ80 and disc brakes. Wheel size 16x8"

Scrapdaddy- Do you mind sharing how much you paid for a set of 4? And also the color code?

Exactly what I am looking for! Cheers.

Let me look it up. I bought five wheels and then had them powder coated.

EDIT...16x7 with a 3.5 inch back space. 5 wheels= $1,015 shipped.

The gray color I picked at the powder coaters, I used on all my gray parts. I don't have the code here.
