I will not be at the meeting Tuesday but wanted to throw this out there, I will be working on my rig the 18th. Brake fluid flush, replace rear calipers, A/C compressor/dryer replacement, fan hub replacement, and time permitting left front window motor replacement. Unfortunately this means I will not be making the camping trip. If anyone wants to hang out you are welcome to come over. One of the guys I work with is bringing the brake fluid flushing machine and is available to help me that day.

Beach, is that your buddy's personal machine? if so, do you think we could rent it one weekend to do a few rigs? Just thinking that I am due for mine and i am sure others are as well?

Yes, he already gave me the green light for others to use it. I will have 2 BG flush machines, one for brakes and one for coolant.
Super cool

Yeah this rain is throwing a wrench in things. Why do the heavy rains seem to always come on the weekends! I do not think I will be available anymore but will let you know if things change.

Anyone have any recommendations on a custom exhaust shop in the area?

ECU should come tomorrow and -- fingers crossed here (jinxing myself I am sure) -- the LT engine will start once I charge the battery and plug everything in.

HENDRICKS muffler shop on Horsepen. near Mexico

I was doing pretty well not making really dumb mistakes, but that run has come to an end.

I put the PS pump pulley on backwards (no lip to now to pull it off. The collective knowledge of the internet says use a bearing splitter and you can get it off.

Anyone have one handy? Or another non-destructive solution?

I've got a bearing splitter and pullers

Thanks! Gonna rent a 3 jaw gear puller @ advance and see if i can manage w that
worst thing is you have to buy a new pulley. little $ You can cut the pulley down with a angle grinder and cut off wheel and use a smaller puller on it.

Is your solid or does it have spokes? Be carefull not to bend the spokes.

Solid. Bought a spare pulley @ advance in anticipation of its destruction.

Not a perfect solution but got the job done for me. This is the rig I used for setting up my front and rear diffs. If anyone needs it just holler.
