Holy crap that thing is sweet, I've never really seen a 45 that I'd be willing to use as a daily driver. I'd almost be willing to ditch my 40 to get one of those.

umomo or anybody else, what brand and style tires are those in the second picture? I'm looking to buy a set of non-directional tires of the same style for my 47. I am having no luck. Those look like a winner.

Have you checked out the exchange rate recently??? Monopoly money days are LONG gone....there is only around a 10 cent difference between the two currencies now.

Makes it much easier to buy stuff from the US...gotta love it.

I'll put some more photos up shortly. Thanks for all the props again, I was a bit nervous about buying it cause of the price and knowing I could find a 20 year newer truck that would get me to and from w/ no troubles.....but I have a good feeling about this one...

I've owned about 4 VW vanagons in the past and got used to being stuck on the side of the road...hope no more w/ this baby.

and yeah, the CDN dollar, good and bad. I liked getting paid in US back in the day when it was like monopoly money....but at least it's easy to differentiate!

i'll find out about those tires and get back.

that is a sweet buy but you do have to watch the salt as you can see what it can do to them in a short amount of time.
