I removed 4 gaskets today. It took a very long time. Could some heat if used in moderation speed the removal up?

Are you talking about the door gasket that is glued on to the sheet metal and goes all the way around the door? Some contact cement remover would greatly aid with that.
On my "newer" 45, the actual window seals are clipped into the door skin. The seals around the window are pressed into the space between the inner and outer door skins.

you know the rear windows in the metal top, the curved and then two large windows held in place with a gasket.

I think Jay- is talking about the rubber that holds the glass to the hard top. Maybe a hair drier, I wouldn't use a heat gun.

303 owner was my neighbor for a few months. ill give it a try!
Dont use heat gun for the glass, you risk cracking your glass with heat.
Ive seen many windscreen cracked with heat from cars heater blower that has been used too hot in really cold days and heater blower heat doesnt come even close to what heat gun will blow.
