Headliner is Oak and includes the side panels.

I appreciate your interest. This is a nice way to replace your 95-97 Cruiser headliner, and a fairly easy adaptation for a 91-97 Cruiser, but it is not transportable if you can't pick it up locally. It is one piece that doesn't fold and is as long as your Cruiser and almost as wide.
