Head valve stem seals?

No, not in Toyota catalogs and part number system !

On my 74 F155 when I had to replace them my mech was not very happy with the new style stem seal and said he had difficulties to have them seat correctly and had to find something to clip them in place. I wasn't around here when this part happened so haven't been able to see myself the exact issue but I'll be curious to see how people install the old versus new style stem seal. I was also wondering if the 76+ head may have something to clip in place the seal that the older ones don't have.
The '82 head in my collection has a longer cylindrical portion (which the metal is press fit around). They required a pry tool to get them out.

I installed the SOR early ones for my year. 4/75 (no steel or spring). They work good so far, but they are a bit different shape than the ones that I found in there.

Those look offset to me.

Or is that back one the removed spring and keeper from the front one without a spring? 😆

on edit: just found your ‘62 build in the 25 forum, so see this is an early F135. Sure looks like from that thread that the umbrella seals were not factory per @Cruiser_Nerd and that packet of Six flat seals you found matches the parts book callout of 6.
