I've seen quite a few HDJ81s on Facebook Marketplace. You can use Search Tempest to search the entire country on FB marketplace:

Or the Middle East via Wngrog and Meshal here on Mud. Though gas trucks seem to be more common there:
Having said all that, HDJ81s are relatively rare and 5 speeds are especially rare. They don't come up very often either in the US or Japan, and when they do they usually go for a lot more than an auto. You could also do a manual swap for about $5-8K if you DIY it.
