Having a vehicle inspected in Dallas

Hi, after asking around here, I realized I need to look outside of my area to find more rust-free trucks.

I found a truck in the Dallas area I am interested, but am nervous about flying out there just for it to be a POS.

I am thinking of using a vehicle inspection service. I saw a mobile one that would do an inspection for under $200. Any thoughts? Or does someone want to take a look for me?
