I have been using a Dobinsons Suspension on my last 2 80 series and have been very happy with the outcome. Dobinsons offer a range of different spring options for the 80 series which can be tailored to how heavy your truck is.
If you are like me, I have a front steel bumper, m8000 winch, dual batts and in the rear I have a steel rearm bumper with dual swingouts, a rear storage solution with a ton of gear, and a roof rack with a roof top tent (RTT). This is one heavy beast. Having the right suspension is important when it comes to handling manners on the road and off road. Also all the added weight will drastically reduce your lift height.

Replaced my OME J Springs for some Dobinson 4" Heavy duty springs

So now to the point and keep this tech. Dobinsons 4x4 are known for their suspensions world wide, they are used mainly on heavy armored trucks. They offer suspensions for the normal 2" lift all the way to different options of a 6" lift.

I have on my 80 currently installed a 3-4" kit with Dobinsons MRR remote resi shocks. Truck has an excellent stance and handles weight perfectly.
Up front I have the C59-170 and in the rears I have the C59-315.
The most common 80 series setup is the J springs setup. See the Dobinsons comparison.
