I've been dealing with LCH since last year. I live about an hour-ish from them. I saw feedback on here and decided to give them a try.
Being in automotive for nearly 30 years, I have a higher than the average bear expectation and can spot BS a mile away.
One of the gentlemen (who's name escapes me right now) took me for a ride in his 80-series with a manual conversion and man let me tell you, I can see why people go nuts over the 80's.
They did a comprehensive refresh on my 2006 LX. All new brakes, TB and water pump, and belt service etc.
Communication was excellent, they gave constant updates. Emails or by phone. I never had to once bother them for updates. They just kept updating me.
Fast forward to today and the AC isn't working on my LX. I called them up and told them the situation to which they said send on down.
I sent it down there this morning and again, they communicate very well. He called me and emailed me an estimate before I had time to call them back.
They might be the friendliest people to boot. So here I am, a guy who ran dealerships for a living being super impressed by this indy shop that does what dealers should do....maybe LCH can teach my local Audi dealer how to run a service department.
TLDR: Land Cruiser Heaven does a great job of keeping our trucks alive. I highly recommend them.
