Your picture does not display correctly to me in mud. [an icon that I am unfamiliar with titled wire-2-jpg.3233366]

The following are the pictures of what appears to be the fusible link connected to my first battery (i.e., 12v potential) via a pigtail adapter.
[obviously I disconnected what I think is the fusible link at the harness connector]

Probable Link view1a.jpg

The connections are all single blades.
Probable Link view3.jpg

A couple of shots just what I identified as the pigtail adapter. Note that it appears that the pigtail was repaired at some point since there is a color change under the heat shrink.

If you would like additional pictures at different angles and/or other information, let me know what you need.
Thanks

My fusible links were missing when I picked up my '90 Aussie hzj75. When I looked up the part number it led me to the same link @LDowney posted.

My problem though is I am missing the vehicle harness side. I would love to restore that back to stock so I could use OEM type replacement links.

Do you have connectors / terminals that would mate to your OEM style fusible links?

if you require HARNESS side OEM Connector Plugs to join up with your OEM fusible links i reproduce , then YES i have them availble also ,

they can come with or without pigtails pre-installed ,

all i would need to know is the COLOR of the harness side wires i would be matching up to .........................it's EAZY PEEZY from there :)

you should have a 2nd fusible links set up on your 2nd battery ?

if you do can you post photos of it as well , Please

thanks

matt

Will do! It may not be as simple as we'd like as the factory harness is pretty hacked up but I will get you pics. This has long been on my project list.

My second battery is an auxiliary battery isolated with a big solenoid. It powers a set of circuits through a custom bussman RTMR relay box with fuses and a circuit breaker. Not sure if I'd put any fusible links there but we can definitely look into it.
