Earlier this year I ordered a Hanna bumper for my 80 and I received it a couple of weeks ago. When I went to put it on I found out that my frame and crossmember had been modified to accomodate the bumper that the previous owner had put on.
The bumper was built for an 80 with no flares. The round tubing was extended forward a few inches to fill the void where the flares would have been, The tire carrier is on the DS. It doesn't have the cooler holder. The bumper is still wrapped in plastic from when it was shipped to me.
The advantage to buying this one instead of ordering one from Hanna is that you will not have to wait a couple of months like I did. Make me an offer. I paid $1450 for it plus $250 to have it shipped here from California. I'm also willing to deliver it within 500 or 600 miles of Boise, ID for a fee slightly less than it would cost to ship it. The bumper is located in Boise, ID.
Here is a link to what it looks like.
