Wanted Lower hinge - spare tire carrier 1976fj40

Spare tire carrier hinge (lower)
It's completely rusted through and through
1976 fj40 but not sure if the spare tire carrier is a 76 version could be something different as PO did a lot to this car.
Pictured is the square tire carrier version so you can see which version I'm talking about as well as the lower hinge I need.

I believe this is for the pass side swing. Pre 75. I too am looking for a Drivers side swing hinge.
