nuthin unfortunatly....except mounting the boggers.... A) i have been super busy.... like, super busy. 5:30am i leave i get home at 9 at night.... no time to work on it. B) i have been busy with my ford getting that road ready..... thats my mini project right now that im dedicating my time on. since its at the shop, whenever i get a free couple minutes, i run out there and thrash on it. the cruiser is my big project, the turd is a diversion from the cruiser..lol
my tool guy didnt come thru and get me my calipers to measure the wheel seal flange so i can get the speedy sleeve. im gonna borrow some and get'r'dun so i can continue on the front end reassembly. thanks for kicking me in the ass and realising im not working on it. ill see if i can do that soon.


when i get that done, im going to have to get brian on the phone from 4x4 labs, cause the tie rod doesnt look right. it seems that it was cut too short, cause there' is a LOT of thread showing on the tie rods when the front end is straight.


im saving up for the cage right now, so stay tuned. this thing is like a pot of chili. you just dont throw it on the fire and dig in. ya gotta let it simmer a spell.

im thinking about a fuel cell cut out of the floor board in the rear tailgate area..... when i get to the fuel section, ill worry about it then..lol

Be Sure You Sink Into The Floor Enough If You Are Going To Have A Fill Tube. Or You'll Have A Hard Time Filling Up.

i unpacked my wicked fab cruiser cage, and ill be mocking it up in the days to come. im going to tack it together, then pull it out. bed line the tub, and fully weld it back in.

i need more tube though.... i need tube for behind the seat for the seatbelt harnesses, and i want to make a spreader at the center node where all the tube intersects.

need the front nose peice and stinger too.
need those metal tech tube fenders *edit* these can wait, i have the sheetmetal fenders still
need to mount my sliders. *edit* these COULD wait, but i dont wanna not put them on when doing the cage
need to tie in all that stuff, including my front tubular shock mounts
need to pay off the $6,000 engagement ring i bought today

sigh..... i wish she would lemme put in the cruiser instead.

yea, we were farting around in the staging area, and those dummies with the broken quad all of a sudden just went straight forward over the berm they were at, and tried to go thru a BIG hole... it was the highlight of the weekend ripping that off..lol
