I’m swapping My J30 3 Speed for an H42 4 speed. My truck is from Colombia SA which made this three speed standard. According to EPC It shows 33541-60070 as shift cane required but does not show if it is for 3 speed or 4. Link here.

It appears the shift cane I need is 33541-60081 but NLA from Toyota. Link here

If anyone has one please let me know.

You are correct 60070 is for a J30 while 60081 is for a LHD H41/H42. Should be plenty of used ones around. The 60 series with a four speed fit. Needs to be bent to clear the driver's seat when in reverse.

Think this a H42 four cane 4/85-7-87. Waiting on a earlier one to see if it would be a better fit.

I bought a 4 speed shift cane.

Yes. The shifter is NLA. You should not have a problem locating one.
