I'm looking for wiring info for an H151 manual 5 speed transmission & TC. Specifically these plugs...

Read the EWD for the vehicle that came out of.

In the conversion I did I used the US spec FZJ80 transfer case, HF2AV I believe, so all but the reverse switch in the trans didn't need to be modified.

What vehicle did it come out of? The EWDs are all on the forum, you just have to search :flipoff2:

Mark: you need to provide better information. The H151F was installed into many different trucks, mated to many different engines, and destined for many different markets over many, many years.

Be more specific.

Thanks all.... I do appreciate your questions. I bought the H151 and attached TC out of Australia. It was supposedly attached to a 2UZ. It came out of a petrol 105 series. I don't believe I ever knew anything more about it.

@Onur I guess I'm blind. I scrolled through the entire thing and did not find the Manual transmission/Transfer info except for the Center Diff Lock wiring (pg 330-333). I hate to ask for more help but I'm stuck. Can you maybe point me at the place that talks about the wiring off of the trans/TC?

Well, your three connection points are labeled above— EB1/EB3/EB4. Correlate them to the schematics as labeled and you will see what connects to them and what systems they are working with.

Don’t forget to read the beginning section of the book. It explains how to read everything.

You can always ask @jonheld to interpret for you since EWDs are his bread and butter.

1. Back-Up Light Switch
2. 5th Gear, OD?
3. Goes to Cruise Control/Speedometer
4. L4 Switch and the plugged hole directly below 4 houses a Neutral Switch in some applications
5. Speed Sensor
6. 4WD Indicator

these are my best guesses. As Onur stated, different trucks, different engines, different markets. Best bet on figuring out the wiring is pulling off the covering/protectors and I.D. wire colors, they can be useful in figuring out what they are for.

Firstly, the 2UZ was never fitted to 105s - petrol were all 1fz.

2 is 1st indicator - FTE and VDJ use this to derate for longer clutch life

Otherwise 67az has them right, although im not so sure about 4
