Well this came in. It's a bit cold to paint but I'm doing it. It's comes unprepped, but could probably use a bit more finishing. The edges are super sharp still, the laser cuts are very raw, but it overall looks to be good quality.

Oh that would be a nice addition to my tire cubby.

Do you have one of those cheap space heaters for your garage when painting?

You know the covered part makes it last. A stand alone wooden bridge has a lifespan of about 10-20 years, but put a roof over it and...there are some in New England that are over 100 years old.
Yeah most of these Ohio ones date to late 1800s; that one was built 1855. Obviously it's been updated and repaired since then but that's still pretty impressive for a wooden structure in this climate.

I always stop at covered bridges, if I see a sign for one I will go well out of my way to check it out.

Backpack on. Once you get over the whole drilling holes in your rear door it goes by quickly. Apparently the 2022+ 460s have a different camera pinout than whatever JW was testing on, so that was fun trying to get it to work. Good thing I had some 8pin DT connectors lying around. It's actually pretty stout - did 500 miles today without a rattle or squeak, but we'll see about longevity.

Drove up to Stove Prairie Landing, this was on the way just north west of Loveland, past Devils Backbone
