We're beginning our live broadcast video series following our GX460 overland build today at 5:30 PM PST! Head to our youtube channel to follow along, we'll have a Q&A session at the end and welcome any feedback or questions you may have. We'll be covering the reasons we chose a GX460, why it makes such a great family-oriented overlanding vehicle and the result we intend to achieve through the build.

I assume the Q&A will be via the YouTube "Comments" section? Or will there be a call-in number?

I'll make a point for my wife and I to tune in tonight after we both get out of the water surfing. :)
Having already built my GX overlander, I'm always excited to see various configurations for ideas on either a future build or to fine tune my current rig. I am an engineer and consider everything I do from a practical point of view.
Also, in case you need any help, I am currently doing R&D consulting engineering (I currently have 9 U.S. patents) and have my own license of SolidWorks (2017) and MiniTab and can do design, tests etc. for your company along with ideas for product.

Question: how long are you expecting this to run?

Also, if you want to see how I went about my build, it's here: Builds - R2M 2013 GX 460 Expo

My wife (she loves overlanding too!) and I will make a point of tuning in after we get out of the water (surfing) this afternoon!
I'm always looking for new and creative ideas to improve my rig or a possible future build. I am an engineer and consider everything I do from a practical point of view.

If you'd like to see some of the unique things I've done to my rig, it's here: Builds - R2M 2013 GX 460 Expo

Also, in case you need any help, I am currently doing consulting R&D engineering (I currently have 9 U.S. patents) and have my own license of SolidWorks (2017), MiniTab, built my own 3D printer and can do design, tests, offer overland build suggestions, etc. for Ironman along with product ideas, line extensions, and so on.

Sweet build...the guys at Yotamasters are great. We're trying to get them set up as a dealer. The perks of living in southern California! Sounds good.

We very may well need some in the future as we grow and develop product. Thanks for the shout!

Been watching the videos and raising hell in the comments section lol. Looking forward to getting your Premium front bumper on my new 2019 GX. I can't wait to see where y'all's build goes.

Haha we all appreciate you chiming in. Share your build with us as well! It would be fun to follow along as we work through ours

Thanks for posting this series. I'm eager to see the progress. I watched E1 last week and might get into E2 tonight. I'm eager to see how deep you go with this build, under the guidelines of maintaining it as a DD while improving it's capabilities.
Props and thanks team Chris! 🤘
