Just curious if anyone could let me know what this is pictured below? It looks OEM. Bahrain truck originally if that helps.

If I had to guess. it is an air filter gauge based on the differential pressure between inside and outside the filter.

I’ll buy that! Clever move on Mr. Ts part. Sandy region = some type of warning to go bang out the filter. Thanks
