Rusty is coordinating a car hauler again this year. Total price for the tractor trailer is $1200, but that gets divided by how many trucks are on it. For example, if we have a total of 10 trucks, your total for having your 40 picked up and delivered and returned is $120. I'm not sure you can drive yourself down there and back on that amount.
This also frees you up to carpool down in your air conditioned 85mph Escalade or what have you, and trim that 5 hour drive down by an hour or so.
The current plan is that the landcruisers be delivered to Murphy on Monday and locked in a fenced lot at the Ford dealership. They will be picked up on Sunday and returned to one of two places. We can have a pickup and drop off point at Hanes mall if we like, or Burlington at Rusty's place.
Rusty currently has 3 vehicles in the queue, but can take as many as 7 more (less if all are 60 or 80 series)
We can talk about this at the meeting next week if anyone is interested.
