Jeff,
I "believe" the inside of the topper looks similar to the smaller, cone-shaped 70-series' topper, more or less.

I would also tend to think that there would be little difference in airflow through these toppers then.

Could one forgo the OEM topper and fit a Donaldson TopSpin? Anyone done this? Would someone be able to measure the diameter of their OEM snorkel tube?

Just received my snorkel on Friday. Excellent, creative packaging and Jeff was awesome to deal with. Quick responses and kept me in the loop. Everything's in perfect shape. The only negative is that it will probably be a few months before I can actually install it.

Can't wait for mine. It was actually the wife's idea to get one.

Got mine yesterday. Most conscientious packing I've ever received from a mudder. Jeff is top shelf. Thank you Canada!!!

I've got it down to a sciene now!
Glad it arrived okay!

not to bring an old thread from the dead, but does anyone have the template for drilling the holes on the fender? The only one I found was not to scale and looked like a bad paper scan.

Thanks in advance

Since I just saw this thread pop up, I wanted to let people know how impressed I was with the OEM snorkel. When I originally received it, the plastic was kind of soft and thin in my opinion. I always wondered how it would hold up in the bush with tree limbs bashing it. Well a few weeks back, two other local LC members and I went on a weekend camping trip that left quite a bit of pin striping on our vehicles. After inspection there was no sign of damage or marks of any kind left on the snorkel. To put things into perspective, a week later I noticed that the entire topper had shifted in the A pillar clamp about 1/2" due to impacts with low lying branches.
Also, I'm not sure if whosthecoolguy still sells them, but he was a stand up guy when my topper arrived damaged, and arranged to have a new one shipped without any hassles.
