Have a green 97 40th for sale in north Houston area.

This truck was bought at auction in Dallas by my brother in law in another state.
I towed it back to Houston for him for his next visit. He has since changed his plans on his intended project and wants to sell it now.

212,000 miles. Appears to last have belonged to a college kid from Colorado who went to TCU?There is no TX inspection sticker, registration sticker or plates....it has a colorado Title - which I have in my hand. Found the kids expired and cut in half drivers licence

Appears to be mechanically sound, although I have no history on the truck.
Driven around the neighborhood with no problems.
Not locked. 265 75 dunlops in good condition!

Disclosure/Obvious issues:
Exterior:
*Passenger side fender flare is missing, from looking at the bumper end, the PO caught something with the bumper/fender at that spot.
*Back bumper has dent, must have backed into post.
*Paint on hood is faded. Rest of paint on body looks nice.
*One rim has some rash where he must have gotten cozy with a curb; other rims have blemishing with the finish.
Interior
*Front seats - stitching undone in seat bottom of both. Leather not torn, just unstitched. Is some wear at the usual drivers left bottom edge. Middle and 3rd row leather in decent shape.
* Carpet with spotting/staining in the front. Middle, 3rd, and cargo not bad.

Let me know if you need more photos or would like to stop by to see/test it.

Interior pics.

It had seat covers, so he had no idea about the condition of the front seat.

I have a couple more pics, tires, etc...and can take/upload more upon request.
