First post! no more lurking…

Gentlemen, it was great meeting you guys tonight at the CLCC meeting. I'm glad I found this group and hope to see you guys around some more. After buying my first Cruiser just 3 weeks ago, i'm still very green and was just soaking up everything you guys were saying tonight! Thanks for being a welcoming community. I love this truck and I hope to do my truck justice by caring for it well, and hopefully soon "exercising" it well too! And it's clear to me already that a large part of the enjoyment is sharing those experiences with others of the Cruiser community.

Thanks guys. I like that saying - "speed kills, live forever, drive a landcruiser". Yes, when I drive the 40 to work, it takes a good 40% longer to get there, but watching a rubber-necking Defender 90 driver coming the other way makes it worth it. Sam, thanks for the link, I contacted that guy last night when I got home. Will be placing an order tonight. And one for a hood lock!
