Great deal on oil filters!!!!

I was looking thru Rockauto's web site for good deals on maintenance items for the 80. They have AC Delco UltraGuard Gold Premium Oil Filters, made in Japan, for $1.39 each plus shipping. I bought 20. They fit my 80, my LS430 and my wife's Town and Country minivan. They are a closeout item and won't last long. They have a number of other brands at great prices, but I haven't heard of most of them.

You can't get the good made in Japan OEM filters anymore.

I've got enough filters though, still have about 4 of the OEM japan filters I bought a few years back and about 4 wix filters..... so I should be set for 8 years with the amount i've been driving the 80 lately

I assume you are talking about the 90915-30002 diesel filters (Denso, made in Japan)?

If so, they will be significantly smaller in size and will not have the correct sized fitting (diesel one is bigger).

These are similar to the 90915-20004 "good small filter" or the 90915-YZZD3 current dealer filter.
