Just kidding, I ordered 30 earlier and went back to see how much was left and added 40 to my cart and it showed 35 left.

They work on my tacoma also.

I assume you are talking about the 90915-30002 diesel filters (Denso, made in Japan)?

If so, they will be significantly smaller in size and will not have the correct sized fitting (diesel one is bigger).

These are similar to the 90915-20004 "good small filter" or the 90915-YZZD3 current dealer filter.

I received 20 today and they are Made in USA, NOT Japan. I guess the Japan made are sold out.

Yea, mine say made in good ole' USofA. I am not complaining though. These filters ran about $20.00 each when new. Bob the Oil Guy used them until he could not find them anywhere. AC Delco discontinued them due to lack of sales. At $20 a piece I can understand why.

The box is made in the USA. If you look inside the filter with a pen light you can see Hencho in China.

Yours boxes look the same as mine so I looked inside the filter, with a Maglite, and didn't see anything in the interior of the sleeve. Did you cut one apart, and see that?
The only marking inside is an "AA" stamped on the plate next to the gasket. Maybe it's a member of Alcoholics Anonymous.

It's in really tiny letters at the 12 o'clock position of the filter if you look into it. No need to cut it open.

I see Denso makes oil filters also, are they made in Japan ?
They offer the large oil filter similar to the OEM 15600-41010
Anyone use one of these yet ?
