Half painting over rust hurts more than it helps
In the pictures posted originally, things didn’t look all that bad. Little surface rust, but there wasn’t any signs of major issues. I was thinking it was just dirt and surface rust. Hard to get an idea of what’s going on with the black spray paint. But that price is pretty attractive. Looks like a solid build and the body looks clean….at least in pics.
 
what kind of radius Arms were those? never seen them before.
