So I just got some new leather interior done by a guy I work with. He does all the interiors in our private aircraft. The pictures don't even do it justice. They came out so nice, better than factory. I had just the front seats done and they match the back perfectly. The price was right too, cheaper than getting the stuff already made from Atlasxx, and the best part was I didn't have to go through the hassle of doing it myself!

Anybody is South Florida that is looking for a good interior guy should call my buddy Joey, 954-857-1455. Tell him Neil sent you and he will hook you up. His shop is at the Boca Raton Airport.

Wow, looks great. If you dont mind me asking, how much?

Well, my buddy owed me a favor so I didn't pay retail, but he said he would usually charge $750 for the front seats, arm rests, and center console, parts and labor to remove and re-install everything. He also does steering wheels, shifters, headliners, carpet, door speaker covers, almost anything interior.

Looks nice,

Any idea what he'd want to recover a steering wheel as oem? I guess I'll just call him.

Anyone have a spare LC steering wheel I can beg/borrow/buy while mine is getting recovered?

None I can find on ebay or classifieds here.

Thanks.
Pete

Does look great!!

Sweet.... it really looks terrific. Next time I visit "the mouth of the rat" I'll be getting my leather done. What would he charge for front and 2nd row?

If I have a very sexy girl bring it in, do you think he'll charge less?

wow that is actually really tight. I wonder if the OEM seat heater pad can be replaced while everything is apart.

Would replacement leather account for the air bags that are built into the front seats on some 100s?

What you are asking is will the SRS deploy correctly and as designed?

Only if manufactured by seat cover manufacture and have the SRS tags on the seats and approved by Toyota.

That's what I figured, good to know. Thanks

Of course.... my buddy did his 100 series about a year ago and he had them rewire the orginal seat heaters with some new Kevlar type that get really hot!
