Bingo, but I just read on expeditionportal that they can no longer ship to U.S like this just happened within a week? And there is only like 6 CARB states so I dont understand why they cant? I called Scepter and they confirmed that no shipping or sales to U.S besides Military? But I paid around $150 with shipping included, so I know someone here is selling them for around $75 as well as expeditionportal? Better start snatching them up! I might sell my brand new all yellow diesel ones later if I think I will never use since I have these?

I searched over at expeditionportal for the post about not being able to ship any more. I'm Cruisertoy over there and origionaly posted the link to dstactical.com. Of course I waited until mine had shipped
. I know one guy said they couldn't ship, but also know of a few people that have ordered them since just fine. Mine just arived a few days ago after a week+ of shipping. I will call on monday and see if they can still ship to the US. I may be in the market for a few more scepters as my two oldest round holed metal jerry cans turned up with rust in them today. All you guys keep bidding up the ebay ones making them the same price or more than new. What I do need is a source for new gaskets and lids. DS doesn't seem to do those.
Just got two fuel cans today, shipped from Canada. No problems getting them to me in California.
Glad I got in on this before they shut it down. I was actually going to order another set tonight after Christmas shopping for the kidos. I've got a truck driver that comes down from BC to Utah all the time, how much trouble could he get in if he brings a few across.
Sounds like we just need a couple of our Canuck brethren to ship em across the border.

This is where you get the indistructable Scepter cans in the US. Unless you steal them from the military.
I would recommend buying them. I am going to buy 3 when I get home. They do make a matching water can for the military. Not sure if it is available to public or not? Dont pay $70 bucks for one!!

BQ still has them on thier site, but they will cancel your order after a day or so. They can not sell them to anyone outside of the military and you must have a military Order#. Sorry.
I went ahead and put an order in any way.Maybe it will work with my military e-mail adress. They usually sell to anyone. I figured the military only warning was like the Q-Tip warning. You know the one that says" do not put in your ear".

Have you guys ever looked into the OEM TOYOTA jerry cans? My brother said they got 2 with each of the armored land cruisers they drive in Afganistan. They are silver metal cans and came out of toyota boxes. I wonder how much they are?

I believe CDAN can still ge them. they are like $200 a pop. Then again with the price some people are charging for scepter cans on ebay, the OEm can don't look that bad.
Now they are 59bucks at Daves. 2 years ago 43dollars
