i am a little shocked there isnt a "euro" shark fin type replacement that someone has 3d printed yet that would sit on the apron right where the antenna is now. it could be two pieces epoxied together after the antenna wire is coiled in appropriately. i do have a 3d printer. hmmmmmm.

of course wouldnt work with a dorkel.

I have found that pioneer and kenwood decks pick up stations just fine without a front antenna. Even though I have the tundra fixed. If there was it would look just like the tundra one I assume, just with a separate internal fender stand off. You could mount a manual telescoping one in place I'm sure.
If I knew what I was going to do back then I would have deleted the front antenna entirely. I'm guessing, but I think there might be a small amplifier on the rear glass antenna. And if there wasn't you could put one there.

Looking for an manual OEM option to replace the factory auto antenna that I continue to destroy. Im hoping there is a JDM option available someone knows about.
In all seriousness - how are you destroying your antenna? I cant see a valid reason to have it up while wheeling - you just running it through the car wash and forgetting?

All of the above

tin snips and a snorkel, if you're into that sort of thing.

Good thing you are not able to see the complete part number because it's for the wrong side for the us model

Sorry guys, I should have updated the picture, picture shown indeed for the RHD drive model, but you will receive the LHD drive model antenna which has the reversed mounting tab. Mud price $59 shipped.
