That bumper is growing on me Jason. I see a high degree of annoyance in the assembly so I wouldn't build that for me ...I'd just have you do it.
The tube work took some time and patience to make parallel on all planes... Please tell me that's not solid 1 1/2" plate caps. My back is already
threatening to leave me

I'll be making a straight/angle tube version for a customer in a week or two.
That bumper weighs in at 76#s. The ends are hollow all 3/16" strap and plate. I add a top plate to the inside so the bumper so it slides right on to the frame and is stationary without any other assistance. Run 8 bolts and its done.. I can pull it on and off (including bolt and unbolt time) in less than 5 minutes, so easy..
